Matchett Experiences has been a passion project of mine for many years now. I grew up in the entertainment industry and always knew that this is what I wanted to do with my life. My father started the Agricadabra Magic show when I was a baby, and he’s still performing today as one of the most booked entertainers on the market. When I turned 9, I asked for a straight jacket for Christmas and quickly became part of the magic show. I performed with him all through elementary and middle school during the summers and spring breaks. Once I got to high school, I decided I wanted to take the show on the road by myself.
When I was 15, my mom and I got a trailer and did a full summer route with the Agricadbra Magic Show and the Rowdy Rooster Puppet Show. It was a great summer experience, and my mom was a big help by doing all the driving since I didn’t have my license yet.
After I finished the summer fair circuit , I returned to school and decided that I was ready to take the magic show on the road by myself. I traveled the country performing at state and county fairs when I had time off from school. Doing the Agricadabra magic show and the Rowdy Rooster puppet show helped me boost my confidence and learn some essential life skills that would not have been possible without my parents’ guidance.
After getting comfortable with doing both shows, I wanted to focus on the comedy hypnosis show in particular. After training with my dad and a few others, I felt confident that I could create one of the best hypnotist shows out there. It’s been so rewarding to do the hypnosis show not only through comedy but also helping people overcome struggles in their lives. Hypnosis can help with weight loss, anxiety, PTSD, and all sorts of things. Being able to spend time after the show with someone and help change their life is such an amazing feeling.
I’m lucky to still have many of the same fairs today as I did when I was 15. Many of them hire all 3 shows at their fair each year, which I love because it allows me to do what I love, educate, entertain, and meet lots of amazing people. It’s what drives me to do the best shows I can do.

Grayson’s comedy show is one of a kind. He uses hypnosis, improv, music, and interactivity to make the entire audience the star of the show! You’ll laugh your whole way through and have a ton of fun!
The comedy hypnosis show is always a big hit at our events. It runs for about an hour, and we use around 16-20 volunteers. During the show, Grayson hypnotizes participants and are given a variety of suggestions while under hypnosis, such as singing and dancing like a pop star, becoming a member of an orchestra, meeting their favorite celebrity, and so much more.
Grayson has learned the art of hypnosis from some of the best in the industry and has excelled as a hypnotist. He now performs his comedy hypnosis show for schools, prom nights, after grads, and corporate events.
After the show, we stick around and help people that were in the show with anything they’re looking for help with in their lives. This includes stopping smoking, anxiety, weight loss, and more.
At 15, Grayson started performing the Agricadbra Magic Show and the Rowdy Rooster Puppet Show. He travelled from fair to fair with his mum, rotating between 4 different Agricadbra Magic Shows to keep things interesting for the fair-goers.

This show demonstrates the importance of Going Green. By Reusing, Reducing, and Recycling, the three fundamentals of going green, we can help the farm and agriculture. During the show Grayson will recycle a newspaper and even a 6 foot wide balloon! Even Chicken Nugget will be recycled!
Grayson will show how agriculture works in the 21st century and how science can be fun. The audience will learn how the egg gets from the farm to their grocery store, farmer safety, and GPS plotting. Plus the cloning of Chicken Nugget.
The Rowdy Rooster Roadster is a one-of-a-kind hot rod that cruises around fairgrounds, visiting with people, singing songs and telling jokes. Rowdy Rooster is a big hit with kids and adults at fairs. He’s always friendly and eager to interact with people, and his fun personality always puts a smile on everyone’s face.

The hypnosis show requires very little space – we are self-contained and can set up almost anywhere. We do need about 20 chairs for the stage area. If you have a covered area with room for a stage that would be perfect as the comedy hypnosis show attracts a lot of people.
We don’t need much as we are mostly self-contained. We just need access to parking for a truck and trailer close to the stage, 20 chairs for the hypnosis show, and power for the sound and lighting.

Volunteers for a stage hypnosis show are typically selected based on their energy level and ability to follow directions. The more outgoing and animated a person is, the more likely they are to be selected as a volunteer. Additionally, people who are able to follow directions well and don’t mind being the center of attention are also good candidates for being a volunteer in a stage hypnosis show.
